    - Managing sensory sensitivities and meltdowns
    - Supporting social skills and friendships
    - Navigating the educational system and IEPs
    - Fostering independence and self-advocacy
    - Addressing mental health concerns

    Who should attend:
This support group is for parents, grandparents, guardians, and other caregivers of autistic teenagers (ages 13-19). Whether you're newly diagnosed or have years of experience, all are welcome.

    What you'll gain:
    - Practical tips and strategies you can implement immediately
    - A sense of community and belonging
    - Increased confidence in your parenting abilities
    - Resources and information to support your teen's development
    - A chance to share your experiences and learn from others

Format: This is a virtual support group meetup facilitated by experienced professionals in the field of autism. We'll start with a brief introduction, followed by a guided discussion on a specific topic, and then open the floor for Q&A and sharing.
