Join us for an informative and supportive workshop designed to help parents understand and navigate sensory sensitivities in autistic children.

This workshop is perfect for parents, caregivers, and family members of autistic children who experience sensory sensitivities. Whether your child is easily overwhelmed by loud noises, textures, bright lights, or other sensory input, this workshop will provide you with practical strategies and insights to create a more comfortable and supportive environment.

    In this workshop, you will:
    - Learn about the different types of sensory sensitivities commonly experienced by autistic individuals.
    - Understand how sensory sensitivities can impact behavior and daily life.
    - Discover practical strategies for managing sensory overload and creating sensory-friendly environments at home and in the community.
    - Explore tools and techniques to help your child develop coping mechanisms for sensory challenges.
    - Connect with other parents and share experiences in a supportive online community.

Format: This is an interactive online workshop with a mix of presentation, Q&A, and small group discussions. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn from other parents.

Special Note: This workshop is family-friendly. While the content is geared towards parents, older children and teens are welcome to attend with their parents if they are interested in learning more about sensory sensitivities.
