Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help parents understand and support their autistic children's sensory needs.

This workshop is perfect for parents, caregivers, and family members of autistic children of all ages who experience sensory sensitivities. Whether your child is easily overwhelmed by loud noises, textures, or bright lights, this workshop will provide you with practical strategies to create a more comfortable and supportive environment.

    During this workshop, you will:
    - Learn about the different types of sensory sensitivities and how they can impact autistic individuals.
    - Identify your child's specific sensory triggers and preferences.
    - Discover practical strategies for managing sensory overload and creating sensory-friendly spaces.
    - Explore tools and resources to support your child's sensory needs at home, school, and in the community.
    - Connect with other parents and share experiences in a supportive environment.

Format: This is a live, interactive workshop with opportunities for Q&A and group discussion. We will use a combination of presentation, real-life examples, and hands-on activities to make the learning experience engaging and practical.

Special Note: This workshop is family-friendly. While the content is geared towards parents, older children and teens are welcome to attend with their parents if they are interested in learning more about sensory sensitivities.
