Join us for an interactive workshop focused on enhancing social-emotional well-being for autistic adults. This workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore practical strategies and build connections with peers.

**Who should attend:** This workshop is designed for autistic adults (18+) who are interested in learning new skills and connecting with others in a neurodiversity-affirming environment. Whether you're looking to improve your communication, manage stress, or build stronger relationships, this workshop is for you.

    **What you'll gain:**
    - Practical tools and techniques for managing emotions and reducing anxiety.
    - Strategies for improving communication and social interactions.
    - A deeper understanding of your own strengths and challenges.
    - Opportunities to connect with other autistic adults and build a supportive community.

**Format:** This is a highly interactive workshop that will include group discussions, role-playing exercises, and individual reflection activities. We'll create a comfortable and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.

**Special Notes:** This is a free, online event. We are committed to creating a sensory-friendly environment. Closed captions will be available, and we encourage participants to take breaks as needed. We will have a short break every hour.
