I'd be happy to help you find some support groups and classes in the San Jose area.

Evolibri.com offers several online support groups, including one for neurodivergent adults ages 30+ and separate groups for teens (16-18) and young adults (19-29). Caregiver support groups are available as well. You can reach them at (408) 641-5880.

There's also the Neurodiverse Adults Support/Info Group (NA-SIG) that meets on the 3rd Monday of each month in San Jose, and the Autism Parent Support Group at Stanford Autism Center, which meets the second Monday of the month (September-June).
