For Dravet, a gene-regulation therapy called zorevunersen is showing sustained seizure reductions and improvements in other areas. You can even check out the Emperor trial site (https://www.emperorstudy.com/) for Phase 3 study info. For Rett, keep an eye on gene therapies from Taysha and Neurogene. Also, UCB is planning global trials of fintepla for Rett syndrome.
