Specifically, the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) has shown strong results in boosting cognition, language, and social skills. One study even showed kids receiving ESDM maintained language and IQ gains at age 6! (Source: thetransmitter.org)
On the other hand, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) has been found to improve adaptive behavior and IQ, especially with early intensive intervention. Both therapies can be helpful, and it's wonderful you're exploring these options!
